Setup
Wear a helmet and check your brakes and tires. Adjust the saddle and start in a safe location.
Start phase
Start slowly in an easy gear. Look ahead and avoid unnecessary tension in your shoulders and arms.
End phase
Check your surroundings and gradually slow down before stopping. Stop in a safe place before checking distance and duration.
Target muscles
Steady pedaling works your cardiovascular system and lower body. Use your torso and arms to maintain balance on the bike.
Common mistakes
Do not operate the recording screen while riding. Watch the road surface and nearby traffic, and leave enough space.
Breathing
Breathe steadily as you pedal. Keep a manageable pace on climbs instead of holding your breath.
Coach tip
Record your distance and workout duration. Use a bike computer or a measured activity record as a reference.
