Inner Thigh Foam Rolling · Preview
Setup
Lie face down with one leg open to the side and the foam roller under your inner thigh. Support your upper body so your pelvis does not collapse.
Start phase
Slowly roll along the inner thigh. The adductors can be sensitive, so slow down and adjust pressure carefully.
End phase
Slowly return to the starting point. Use a small range and breathe over sharply painful spots.
Target muscles
Notice the inner thigh softening and hip movement becoming easier. Find the target area precisely instead of sweeping quickly.
Common mistakes
A rotating pelvis or rocking torso spreads pressure away from the target. Keep your upper body and pelvis still and adjust only the leg.
Breathing
Exhale slowly as you roll and inhale when you pause. Deeper breathing helps release inner-thigh tension.
Coach tip
Change your toe angle slightly to find different parts of the adductors. Keep pressure comfortable enough for easy breathing.
